Nagaon Beach – Maharashtra
In the north Konkan region there is a picturesque and pristine beach known as Nagaon Beach. This beautiful beach is located in the Raigad district at a distance of 9 km from Alibaug and 114 km from Mumbai. In addition, this beach which is approximately 3 km in length is renowned for its cleanliness and water sports activities. Furthermore, there are many cottages belonging to the locals that are offered on rent to interested tourists.

Climate and the best time to visit the Nagaon Beach
The climate at this beach during the summer season which begins in March and ends in July is extremely “hot” with the mercury rising to about 36 degree Celsius. The rainfall received during the monsoon season which begins in August and ends in October is extremely heavy. The winter season on the other hand which begins in November and ends in February is extremely pleasant with the mercury dropping to as low as 14 degree Celsius. So the ideal time to visit this beach is during the winter season from November to February.
